The fee for UPS Ground or UPS Freight shipping is automatically generated when items are added to your cart. The total shipping cost will be calculated when you review your order. The rates generated online pertain only to shipments within the contiguous 48 states. Please contact us if you are placing an order from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or anywhere outside of the United States, for proper shipping rates to your area.
Order Shipping:
Most of our products ship from our warehouse in Jacksonville, FL. Some items ordered may ship separately from a different warehouse location. Most orders will ship within 2 days after the order is placed.
Merchandise Returns
Returns are accepted. As an express condition precedent, Customer must contact Epoxy Floor Supply, LLC in writing (letter, email or facsimile) within thirty (30) days of purchasing products. A return authorization form must be submitted by Customer to Epoxy Floor Supply LLC, and can be obtained by contacting Epoxy Floor Supply, LLC through the “contact us” page on Epoxy Floor Supply, LLC’s website. In order to make a return, products must be new, unused, and in resalable condition. Used or open products cannot be accepted for return. Customer shall be responsible for paying return shipping and all returns are subject to a 30% restock fee. If the products are received in damaged condition or are not the correct products ordered, please contact us, and fill out a return authorization form. Epoxy Floor Supply, LLC will pay for shipping back to our warehouse in this case and Customer will be refunded.
