  • How long have you been in business?- Epoxyfloorsupply.com was launched in 2015, however, we have been making customized epoxy flooring solutions and selling coating-related tools for over 30 years.
  • Are you knowledgeable in epoxy flooring application?- YES! We have over 30 years of experience in the industry. If you have a question about epoxy floors, we bet we can answer it!
  • How can I contact someone at your company?- Currently, you can contact us through email or live chat on our website. We are available at any time for product inquiries or to provide technical assistance on any of our products.
  • Who do you sell your products to?- Our products are available online to anyone. Our main clientele includes epoxy flooring contractors and facilities maintenance managers.
  • How reliable are your coating products?- With our background of making and working with epoxy and urethane coatings for over 30 years, we know what products work and what doesn’t. Our coatings are constantly tested here at our Jacksonville, FL facility, by a trained chemist and staff. With the proper surface prep and moisture testing, we guarantee you will have no issues with our coatings.
  • How reliable are your tools and aggregates?- Having worked in the epoxy flooring industry for over 30 years, we have had the opportunity to test hundreds of coating and surface preparation products throughout the years. The tools, aggregates, and safety products you will find on our site are products we consider to be some of “the best of the best” in the industry. If we wouldn’t’ use them ourselves, we would not offer them on our site.
  • How do I know how to apply your coatings, repair kits, and epoxy DIY kits?- All of our coatings kits, repair kits, and epoxy DIY kits come with written instructions. There are also detailed installation instructional videos available on our website.
  • Do your products carry warranties?- Our coatings kits, repairs kits, and DIY kits are covered under warranty for one (1) year from purchase date. Epoxy Floor Supply, LLC is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: moisture in the slab, cracks in the substrate, a poorly laid concrete slab, waterproofing, loss of gloss due to fading and cleaning, discoloration due to UV exposure, sloping, surfaces other than 2500 psi concrete. Products must be installed by a professional applicator who has experience installing epoxy products and systems. Epoxy Floor Supply, LLC shall not be obligated to provide any warranty until such time as Epoxy Floor Supply, LLC has been paid in full for all products purchased. The failure of Customer to pay for the product shall not extend or toll any warranty period, which would otherwise be in effect if payment in full had been made. Epoxy Floor Supply, LLC is the legal and rightful owner of all products sold.  Epoxy Floor Supply, LLC’s warranty does not cover third party products. Warranties for third party products may be available on third party websites.
  • How do I place an order on your website?- All orders are placed online. Simply search for the product you are looking for and select “add to cart.” When you are finished shopping, click “Check Out” and follow the instructions on the webpage.
  • Is it safe to order online?- Yes, our website is safe and secure. Your information is protected on our site. We will NEVER sell or disclose your information to third parties.
  • Is there a minimum order?- Nope. Even if you want just one item, we will get it shipped to you!
  • What are your payment options?- Payment is via credit card only. Payment must be made online. We do not take payments over the phone.
  • Will I be charged sales tax?- You will only be charged sales tax if your billing address is in the state of Florida.
  • How do your products ship?- If your order weighs less than 75 lb, we will ship it via UPS Ground. If your order exceeds 75 lb, this is considered to be heavy freight, and will ship via UPS Freight.
  • Are any of your products hazardous?- Some of the hardeners we ship are hazardous-either corrosive or flammable. If the coatings ship UPS Ground, they will be shipped in limited quantity amounts. If they are shipped via LTL Freight, they will be labeled with their hazardous information.
  • When will my order ship?- We will ship your order within 2 days after the order is placed. Our coating kits, repair kits, and DIY epoxy kits, are filled to order, which does take about 1-2 days to fill.
  • Where do you ship products to?- We ship worldwide, however, additional international fees may apply. Currently, our shipping cost generator will calculate costs for the contiguous 48 states. If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally, please contact us via e-mail about shipping rates. You can contact us at info@epoxyfloorsupply.com.
  • How can I check the status of my order?- Please login to your account on our website. You can check the status from here.
  • Do you accept returns?- Yes, returns are accepted. In order to proceed with a return, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase. A return authorization form will be emailed to you and this form must be submitted to start the return. In order to make a return, products must be new, unused, and in resalable condition. Used or open products cannot be accepted for return. You are responsible for paying the return shipping and will be subject to a 30% restock fee. If you receive any damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us. In this case, we will pay for the shipping back to our warehouse and refund you for the full price of your order.
