For facilities managers, one of the biggest challenges is maintaining safe, functional, durable and aesthetically pleasing floors. This is especially true in areas where repairs are needed or a new coating system is required. How can facilities managers deal with troublesome areas without having to redo the entire floor? It’s simple: Rely on Epoxy Floor Supply for all the products necessary in these situations!
Repair and Patch
One of the most common problems facing facilities managers is the repair and patching of damaged concrete. Fast-Patch Concrete Patch and Fill Kit is a 1:1 mix ratio “putty-like” patching compound that is used to fill cracks, holes and divots in concrete substrate. Fast-Patch can be used as a standalone crack/joint filling product, or it can be used during surface prep, prior to the installation of an epoxy floor coating system. Fast-Patch cures within two hours of application and is perfect for the filling of horizontal or vertical cracks and smoothing uneven areas.
For larger holes, divots or cracks, facilities managers can use Floor-Clad Concrete Repair Kit. This mortar patching kit is comprised of custom blended mortar aggregate, Floor-Coat pigmented epoxy Part A and Floor-Coat pigmented epoxy Part B. It is specially designed so that concrete repairs can be made without having to recoat the entire floor.

When areas of 500-1,000 square feet do need to be recoated, the Epoxy Floor Supply Quartz or Chip/Flake Kit can be used. These systems are comprised of Floor-Glaze Clear and/or Floor-Glaze pigmented epoxy, quartz or chip broadcast aggregate and Floor-Crest urethane topcoat.
